Hi,
I've been offered a good sounding job in HCMC paying $1050 US a month for 20 contact hours a week. Is this decent a wage for HCMC? can i live comfortably off that?
any quick response would be great, as I have to decide in next 24 hours really. cheers |

That works out to A little over $12.50/hr by my math which makes it no prize. Also, I would be asking what 'non-contact' expectations they have. If you contracted by the month instead of by the hour you could find yourself working a lot of admin tasks that would take away from your ability to do other jobs and suppliment your income. Just a thought. |

I'll chime in with Micro and say that is not an especially great deal. Come to Ho Chi Minh City and you can certainly do better. |
