Are all North Americans obsessed with 'Star Trek' or are you all just showing your ages? |

It may be a little bit of both actually.I don't feel that I am obsessed with Star Trek.I never gave it much thought until I saw it mentioned on this board. Just fun remembering the show. |

Dear biffinbridge,
Both, I fear - though I can't speak for the Canadian and Mexican North Americans.

When I was a wee lad I had the hots for Lt. Uhura. In my old age I've traded her in for Halle Berry. She can klingon to me any time. |

Dear scot47,
Not only am I not authorized to speak for them, I don't even know where they are. But then, we Yankee gringo North Americans are notoriously ignorant of geography ( Hmmm - let's see; there are the USA and everywhere else, all those foreign places ).
Regards,
John |

Two islands off the coast of Canada. Stil French and part of the EU, but geographically in North America. In one of the 18th century wars - forget which one- King George got Canada, but was kind enough to leave the Frenchies a little bit so they could go fishing for cod.
Next we will be seeing an inquiry :" How can I get a job in St Pierre and Miquelon ?" and "Will I like it there ?"
