Hi everyone,
I've been reading your postings on the forum for about a week now and I am really impressed by what you have to say. The stuff about bosses cheating Foreign Teachers on the pay is good to know.
I am considering going to China to teach for a year before joining the Peace Corps and was hoping someone can tell me about the Boland school in Juansu(?) Province.
I've read some good things and also heard about some turmoil in the China school, but the posts were from months ago.
I've never left the states before so any pointers that may seem obvious to seasoned travelers is greatly appreciated. |

C-way,
Re the Boland School, send a PM to "Naturegirl" (go to the first few (permanent) postings to the two forums on China). I believe that she worked there last year. She may stilll be in contact with people who are currently there.

I was at the czech school studying in January 2002, then worked for their old school in feb to Aug 2002. All the people I know have since left. though if you do a search here with naturegirl321 and boland, some things should come up! |
