That depends, of course, on experience and education - added to supply and demand. The Arabs do have a bias towards native speakers, particularly at the tertiary level. The schools at the elementary and secondary level have more non-native speaker teachers, but generally their first language is Arabic.

py? is that pay? I wouldn't have a clue as I have no idea of your education or experience or what kind of position you are looking for. Even then, it would depend on the particular school.

You seem to be a minimalist. a degree in what? basketweaving? Education? BA? MA? PhD? certification in EFL? type of position? language school? primary school? secondary school? university?
