Can anyone recommend a good, cheap college in Colorado where one can get certified as a teacher? I've perused through all of their websites, but how can you really know unless you visit, right? I am not in the US right now, so I thought I might ask all of you kind people.... Thanks! |

Colorado State University has an M.A. (education) program I'm looking into quite seriously.
The bonus? Applicants with an undergraduate gpa higher than 3.5 (I believe ... but then I'm old and my memory isn't as good as it used to be ... it could be 3.0) are not required to submit GRE scores.

Do you want to teach in Colorado or do you want to 'experience' Colorado? You didn't mention a degree. If you don't have a BA, then I suggest you get it where ever you are and then go to Co. and take the teachers certification courses. It will be much cheaper and you will be qualified to teach. Don't be shocked if you can only find work in the inner-city of Denver.
Good luck |
