Guy - I know that!!

Just like those guys in Iraq...lots of fun!

The world IS a dangerous place and we ALL can make a difference...

If we have something to stand for...

or better said: "If you don't stand for something - then you'll probably fall for anything!"

When contemplating the emoticons...I trust you'll find that 'every picture tells a story - don't it' I'm going to give myself (only one that I know of!)
a prize for the most original and unique post yet!!!

"At first, I was quite happy to have found this forum. After coming across such wonderful advice, I decided to post. That made me happy too. But, I found sadness in some of the people posting there. "Ohhh" I said to myself. I should do something about that. With a little research, I was shocked and a little disconcerted that no one shared my views on religion and teaching. I thought to myself - I'll just play it cool and post some guiding points.

But I soon realized that I was coming across a little strong. "oops" I thought to myself. But it was too late. the responses to my good intentioned posts were very harsh, and some made me cry. But what could I do?

I was tempted to be evil...to be twisted in fact. But, I remember that that is not the WAY so, I tried to be a little more moderate in my postings. Still, the responses by unbelievers rolling their eyes made me think harder. "I know!" thought I. "I'll be coy!"

I started to post at a furious pace. That was it!!! The way to do it!!! but would it work??? I needed some good ideas and fast. Suddenly, it came to me. I thought the best thing to do would be to shift myself over to the other side, to move over, to take a real turn in my life. I would join the hearty band of fools on Dave's Esl cafe and not prosthelytize any more"

That good Paulie?

-I have WAY too much time on my hands

And yes, I agree, you probably do have WAY too much time on your hands (especially evident after THAT post!)

lol...well, I can admit my mistakes.

prosthelytize should of course be spelled proselytize...forgive me for my lack of experience in engaging in either activity to be so familiar with the word

Early in his career, he argued that no conceivable events could constitute proof against God for believers, so skeptics were right to wonder whether the concept of God meant anything at all.
