Hamish, I'm not here to argue about the government. I agree they are doing a great deal to try to keep this under control. The theme here is reality check and I am merely posing some questions that have not been adequately dealt with in the local media.
I've been in and out of China for over 10 years now and I have some idea of how things work. I believe that we are now in "economic damage control mode" just like Toronto. Let's try to get the numbers down so the WHO will take us off their list because our businesses are dying.

Do not mate with cats - Lev. 18:23
Even us cows know that !!!!!!!!!!!
