Looking for a change myself, don't know anything about the Uni in Ankara, but a bit nearer to home there is a new Uni in Izmir that opened up a few years ago is there any gen on the place ?
What I have heard through 3rd and 4th parties is that it will be the new home of the British Council library and a fair number of native speakers are there already apart from that Zilch !!
Does anyone have anything else to add ? I really don't want to work in Ankara, the place is too damn cold and the sea is just miles away . Lise kids are just too much hard work ,I need an easier ride and from what the rumours say it could be the place to be next year . Comments ?? |

The uni in Ankara is gonna be set up by the chamber of commerce. TOB. They already have one in Istanbul and Izmir. It will mainly be an economics and commerce school but will have a preparatory school of English. Sounds pretty good. |
