I've heard that it's more difficult to change jobs going from KSA to UAE than vice versa--a seeming bias against KSA applicants among UAE institutions as reported in these forums (why the jaundiced views against KSA expats?). What's the situation like for applicants going from UAE to Saudi?
The recently advertised King Fahd U of P & M seems like a pretty good gig. I'm just wondering how an applicant's experience from another GCC country might be viewed.
Thx for any input/advice.

Your experience in any Gulf country will be viewed in a very postive light. Get a good reference as well and you'd be automatically shortlisted nearly anywhere. |

The University is one of the lowest payers and yet has one of the best contracts in terms of holidays. |
