Hey Everyone,
After teaching English in Quito for the past three months, I think it's about time for me to head elsewhere. Quito has been great and, of course, Ecuador is an amazing country, but my curiousity's getting the best of me and I'm toying with new ideas.
Peru and Bolivia are tops on my list, Chile's a possibility, and I'm open to other possibilities. Specifically, I'm interested in finding relatively short-term positions (2-3 months, ideally). I've taught everyone from preschool students to adults, so I'm fairly flexible in terms of students and classroom settings. Really, I'm just looking for a change of scenery and a new place to explore for a while.
Any suggestions or advice would be wonderful, so just reply here or PM me.
Thanks!

I'm surprised you found such a short assignment!
This is a tough time of year as you know you are in summer break down there. Santiago might offer a company EFL setting, or some summer camp work with kids? About all I can think of... |

Oops, I should have specified a time frame. Given the school year and holiday schedule, I'm planning to stay in Quito until at least mid-February (at the very earliest), so I'll be looking for work elsewhere in late-February or March.
Right now, I'm leading toward Peru (but not Lima) or Bolivia (Santa Cruz or Sucre). This is all subject to change, though, so suggestions are more than welcome.
Thanks again,

In Bolivia it's rare to have work fixed up before you come. I am in Cochabamba, and if you should decide to come here, get in touch and I will give you all the help I can.
