HI everyone,

Does anyone know the policy on buying tix froma scalper the night of the show. Tickets are sold out for DD at the Budokan and I was planning on going there the night of the show to get tix. I figure this is illeagal, but is it really enforced? If caught, how much trouble can I get in. Also, how trusting can I be of these scalpers. Will i but the tix only to find out at the gate that the ticket was made on his Canon bubble jet in his basement. Thanks for any help　on the subject.
