Found a cheap BA ticket NYC- London. Now I just gotta get to Prague
(Budapest, actually, but P. is goodnuff) AMAZED at the crazy rail/bus prices
at (respectable?) sites on the web. icon_eek.gif only pushing Eurail passes.
i know there used to be cheap buses to Prague and warsaw... anybody gotta link? just to be safe i m off to check Lonely Pl. too 'cause Council Trvl has acquired blinders, these days. -Yoroshiku |

| Ryan air has super cheap tickets out of London. Try ryanair.com The airport they leave out of is an hour outside of London, but the fares are amazingly cheap. Not sure if they service Prague. Good Luck. |

| London is one of the main centres for "bucket shops", ie travel agents selling "discounted" tickets. Look in any of the braodsheet papers - especially on a Sunday. There should be ads offering flights to lots of destinations and prices specified. |

| Try Easyjet. They are another budget airline and they fly Stansted-Prague. Stansted is just north of London. |

| Look out also for cheap deals to Munich or Vienna. You can hop on a bus or train fromthere. Think laterally ! |

Check out www.cheapflights.co.uk
This site is harder work than most online sites, because it basically lists the best prices from umpteen different companies, and you then have to search through each one. But it at least gives you an idea of what you should expect to pay.
The bucket shop ads in the broadsheets will, like chappy said, probably give you the best prices though. |
