Do you think once people get used to it, it will be much more manageable? I'm curious if you guys think it will make things easier in the long run or not?

It's meant the end of my days as a multi-millionaire, that's for sure.

me too.

When I first came to Turkey, it took me ages to get to grips with thousands and millions and milliar. I had to count every 0000. But this way seems easy= like pounds and pence. But I can see the opposite of my original problem for Turks trying to work it out in YTL and kurus.

Its like anything - people soon get used to it.

Can you imagine eight people in a dolmus, all handing the (cigarette smoking) driver a hundred YTL note? It will happen.
