I'm surprised to see that nobody mentioned South Korea. 
I lived there for two years and everywhere I looked someone was lighting up. And yes even in the McDonald's. BTW, Japan is not much different either.

chinese are not heavy smokers, they have cigs and all, but do they inhale, i dont think so, a lot of it is for face
im surprised nobody mentioned GREECE, now they know how to smoke a cig |
