1. getting paid 200 mill a month less than other teachers cos i signed on at a different exchange rate (even though i'm working an extra hour than them...)
2. being told to stop complaining when i complained about this
3. the school giving me a different contract to sign than the one i agreed to when i was hired
4. the school not sticking to their end of the bargain, but insisting that i stick to mine to the letter
5. watching the school owners treat the Turkish teachers like crap because they can..... |

Apart from that, no complaints eh?
I guess you're learning that YOU must stick to the word of your contract although the other side will merely stick to the 'spirit' of what they feel is appropriate to how your contract could be interpreted at any given time to best aid anyone other than you.
Or, alternatively, cancel it altogether if they can't afford you. I've heard so may ostensibly true stories like this. Why have a legally binding document if it is so obviously not binding anyone to anything? |
