I've just got here a couple of weeks ago and my guesthouse is nice but i want to get into a place i can call home, but it want it to be in 'the ghetto' as that's where most of the other teachers i work with live and i don't want to be too far from the bars and the pool. if anyone knows someone looking for a housemate, send me a message.

I have a house in district 1 ( cho Da Kao). It faces the main street so it is not quiet down until midnight. I do not believe there is any bars around in that area at all and it is quite a walk to down down (cho Sai Gon area).
Are you willing to put down a year contract deposit? And a monthy rent is 130 a month. Let me know what you think. I am coming to HMcM on December 30 this year. |

Woah...Da Kao...hell yeah, that's where my family lives. From there to downtown is quite a walk, but who the hell would walk from there to downtown? Take a motorbike or taxi dude, it's that easy.
And hey, say hi to all my cousins for me when you see them around. |
