I've just been offered a couple of teaching posts that will be my first job since completing my celta. One of them is with international house and the other is with a small (only 3 teachers) independent academy. Although I prefer the location of the former job I can't help thinking that I'd be a fool not to take a job (also better paid) with International house.
Does anyone have any opinions on working with IH compared to small academies?
