I want to make this book the text for my American Culture and Society class. Does anyone have it, or know where I can get it in Beijing?

I too wanted to find some books.

I tried to speak with the owner of a few bookstores and explain to them what the ISBN on the back of the book was. Something as simple as phoning their supplier and ordering a few books for me was like trying to get every student in my class to form their own opinion.

I never did get those books.

Get onto Amazon and order from there, that is if you have a credit card.

It is easy and sometimes cheaper than buying in a city book store.

I have ordered a number of times from the US with no problems. About 10-15 days delivery. And that is the SLOWER option.

I have thought about that, unfortunatly I don't have that magic card though. I will have to do something soon, the new 'Harry Potter' book will be out.

The New Harry Potter Book? Thought I saw it in a Chinese bookstore a month ago... Can't remember the title exactly, but it was the 6th book. It was in Chinese, so I can't really say what it was about.

I am waiting for a real one. Plan to buy it when I go home this summer, it will be out then, right?
