Hi My boss in Tokyo wants to hire another teacher for her school and wants me to find out about any teacher dispatch agencies, etc. Does anyone know any? Whats the fastest way for her to find a new teacher in 2 weeks..she's freaking out on me!! Sad

Interac or Westgate possibly. What kind of school is it? Why is it your responsibility? Does being a foreigner give you some special "teacher-finding" ability? I would tell her that headhunters in Japan get paid a lot of money to recruit new teachers.

You confuse dispatch with headhunter/temp staff.

besides, does your boss want to pay a really inflated monthly price for a teacher to then teach at a lower salary for your company/school?

Why does she want to use a despatch company?

Pay the gaijin dirrectly and guess what they'll stay for a while!! Wink
