The ACADEMIC OPERATIONS MANAGER (AOM) forms part of a support team, based in the EF English First central office in Jakarta, administering to the 55 franchised schools in Indonesia.

Duties
- Providing Academic Support for all Directors of Studies
- Teacher Recruitment
- School Visits
- DOS Induction Program
- Hosting Annual DOS Conference
- Troubleshooting
- Communications and External Relations
- Product development

Details
- Immediate start
- 12 month contract
- Flights, Visa and Health Insurance Provided
- 13th month bonus at the end of the contract
- Maximum 3 months basic accommodation will be provided (not including utilities)

Required
Minimum of 2 years in a Director of Studies position is essential and successful applicants will have experience of appraising and developing materials for use in the language classroom.

EF, Trinity or Cambridge Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
