Maybe they are maybe they aren't silly questions but I certainly don't make people read or goto the effort to reply in an offensive manner.
Thank you Stella for answering my question and being helpful! |

Darns unwittingly made a good point! If you are coming from the UK, Australia or NZ and like the cold sore cream "Zovorax", do bring a supply. It is impossible to buy here as the active ingredient is has not been approved, nor can you get it on subscription.
Also buy your fav perfume at the duty free, it is so expensive here, you will save considerably more than the $10 Darns quotes. |

Um, excuse me Stella. Perhaps you failed to notice the ".." around extravagant. Wouldn't this indicate to you that I don't necessarily think it is extravagant? In fact I wear perfume myself, but that is so irrelevant. If you are an English Language Teacher, and I assume you are because you are posting in this forum, you should be a little more sensitive to the subtleties in the language, such as sarcasm. Thanks and goodbye.

Darns, I am an English language teacher, and I can tell you that your sarcasm did not come off very gently- it sounded kind of mean. That is why people failed to notice the quotation marks around the word extravagant. They were railing from your using the word tight-arse to describe them. |
