Job Discussion Forums

Why is this called a job discussion forum. Very few people seem to discuss jobs anymore. Has anyone got an alternative name for our beloved site?

Actually, if you look carefully on the main menu, you'll see that this particular segment of the forum is called "General Discussion".

According to the subtext: "This forum is a good place to begin because it's a general discussion on teaching around the globe"

So, I dunno. That seems vague enough to allow for all sorts of different topics. Seems like the job-specific stuff is found mainly in the individual country forums, as it should be.

imho: Diversity is good. There's always something interesting, funny or even informative to read here, and I hope it stays that way.
