| There are some major changes happening in regards to School Directors....double check that the school directors you like are still going to be at the schools you have requested. |

This is nothing new. Directors always move around alot. Some move in april and then more in june. They stagger it sometimes.
Directors have a pretty high turnover in some regions.
How long you been with ECC? Those over 2 years should know this. |

The above is true! Teachers should not be told because deciding on moving a director is none of the teachers' business sorry to say.
We like the teachers to focus on one thing! And that is teaching nothing else. |

I don't think I would like working for ECC  
Nothing worse than coming to work one day and finding out you have a new director. That is my opinion and I could be wrong, but ECC sounds like a bad a very bad place to work at!
But once again, I only know second hand. I have never worked there so please don't get affended. I was offered a position with them, but more and more I am glad to have turned them down. |

| yeah it is nothing new that school directors change at ECC, but I think having a good working relationship with a school director and staff helps make a better environment. happy teachers means happy students and probably more money for the company....but i could be wrong |
