From some recent interviews I had to do:

why/where
horse/house
beard/bread/something that almost began with "b" and ended in "d", but wasn't really a word that I recognised
or/and (this one is a little confusing, every interviewee said "and", but it was "or" in the sentence?? and I know it's not really nominal pair Wink

And some others:
Miss/Mr/Ms - my current translator keep on calling my headmaster (male) Miss Fan. Shocked
first/fourth - many times last year I went to the wrong floor, having mis-heard what my translator was saying.
