Do you think if I changed my name to A. Smith_PhD, I'd get more work? How would I pronounce the PhD part of my name?

congrats on the offer and the pay bump! i should hear sometime this week about a position. Someone told me about $75.00 a month for utilities. How does your flight work? You buy the ticket and they reimburse or they send a ticket?
