Hi

I'll be starting my first EFL job this summer (not sure where yet) and am trying to work out my future finances.

I have a house (with a mortgage) in England which I'll be letting out through an agent. Will I have to pay any tax on this? (e.g. after a single person's allowance) If so, any idea how much tax? Also, how and when do I pay HM Government?
