What do you mean by "gaijin housing"? Places that cater only to gaijin? Places that simply permit gaijin to rent there without discrimination? Guest houses?
And, how cheap are you? |

Gaijin housing is something ive seen mentioned aroungd the place, they seem to be an alternative to youth hostels and guest houses. Apparently they offer one month leases at pretty competative prices? They seem to get mentioned here and there throughout the forum.
As for "how cheap" i am. I guess i'm cheap in the fact that im coming to Sapporo with nothing organised and im not exactly sure how long ill have to make my cash last, i also want to get in a bit of Snow boarding this spring and would rather direct my funds toward ski passes and a bit of travel around the area. Basically i'm just not to picky about where i spend the nights so im looking for budget accommodation somewhere in your area.
Thanks Glenski for putting up with my random questions.I fly in tomorrow and hope we can have a chat face to face sometime in the near future. Cheers. |

You mean gaijin houses, not housing.
I posted a couple of sites on another thread for Sapporo that you started.

Don't know anything about skiing or snowboarding other than this. It rained today, so I expect mountain snow conditions are pretty bad. |
