Ghost thinks he is guilty, but he might get off the hook on a number of technicalities.

| American justice works on the basis that he/she who is guilty is he/she who should have worked harder so that they could have paid for a better lawyer. Ergo, he will be proven innocent. Were Jackson not feeling so confident, he would have paid off the kid(s), as he did with the young rent boy Jordy Chandler over a decade ago. |

Jordy Chandler was not a "rent boy" in the true sense. Jordy and his family fell for Jacko and his bizarre charm, and no doubt - cash benefits. The relationship went on from there, with Jacko carefully grooming his young charge to the kind of relationship which became what it did, but the whole truth will never come out....
...And that is what the courts and lawyers will debate about in the present case as well. |
