I asked about this in another thread, but it is better to start a new one. I am looking for a pool to do laps in, preferably in a central location (Taksim-ish). I checked out Sports International, but it is pretty expenseive. Any ideas?

Check around at one of the hotels around taxsim. I can't remember which hotel it is but one of them has a pool that I know of that allows outsiders to swim in, for a fee of course. Sorry I can't be more specific, I forgot the name of hotel Sad

What a great help you have been. Just how many hotels are there in Taksim?

All hotels in Turkey will allow you to swim for a fee-they are businesses after all. What Molly is looking for is a reasonably priced one.

, for a fee of course. Sorry I can't be more specific, I forgot the name of hotel Sad

31 you really are a genius aren't you? There are 5 hotels with pools IN Taxsim, and no not all of them will allow outsiders to come in and swim in them. Molly asked for a pool on the European side, and since she is in Taxsim, a hotel pool 5 minutes from her work would be ideal for her. It really is a simple matter of deduction, but then again most of us on this site don't you give you much credit for anything, except for you mundane daily extrinsic whines. I believe this is how most of your columns read, Waaa!!!
