Hi, I am planning on going to Buenos Aires in late June. I was wondering if anyone could reccommend a good time to start looking at tickets/good airlines that might have special deals. Thanks for any info anyone can give me! BTW-I am taking the EBC tefl course in July there. Anybody else?

cheers, Rebecca

Rebecca-

hi! i'm going to be taking the july EBC course as well, so I guess we'll be classmates! i don't know when is a good time to get tickets, so i'm hoping someone else will be able to answer that question...

i have found a website that has tickets for considerably less than other ones i've looked at. it's www.bt-store.com. several tickets that are ~$700. before i went to this site, everything was ~$1000. hope this helps a bit.

see you in july!

Just bought a ticket from Manchester England
to the cultural centre of the universe and it
has cost me 670 pounds (about a 1000 dollars)
for August the 8th. It is about right.

If you are a student it will cost you about 650-700
dollars but these are all gone. I tried to find one and
couldn't. Not that I had to fork out that much extra
because it is worth it!

hey guys, I am trying to make it to BA in the later summer, probably August-Sept. ish. I'm interested in the EBC program myself, and I've heard good things. Can you tell me why you chose to do it over other programs, and why you chose to do a program like that vs. just going down w/ out certification? I'm really interested in this and I'd be really grateful if you guys could provide me with some feedback. Thanks!

Viva- I chose to go the certificate route because I thought it would be helpful in job hunting, and I just can't imagine myself jumping into teaching without any prior training. I'm doing EBC because I've only read good things about the program. I really liked the fact that they seem to help you get your resume out there. Hope this helps!
