Need advice on how to find and apply for an esl position (also FSL) at universities in Istanbul. The university websites don't seem to have an HR page.

It's EFL here, not ESL. If you want to teach at a good university, you need to have a masters degree in TESOL. That would especially apply at Koc and Sabanci. For the others, I am not sure. If you PM me, I can send you the contact for Koc.

I very much doubt whether Jasmine has an MA. If she did I doubt she would be so desperate. Molly, why not offer to interview her for us? She lives in Uskudar and could easily commute to Taksim or Kadikoy. Alternatively let Fay do it.
