Just wondering if anyone could direct me to a useful ESL site for Vietnam. I know there is the odd job ad here, and I know of mekongesl.com (though it is very rarely updated), but I thought perhaps there is another site directed solely toward the job market in Vietnam (like ajarn.com for Thailand). Any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

With rare exception schools in Viet Nam don't advertise. But many now have websites through which you can get info and possibly contact them.

I am currently developing a job resource website and it should be done soon. Not only for teachers, but for all jobs in HCMC and living too. Try www.vietnamworks.com, www.vietnamcareers.com, www.hrvietnam.com, www.nhanviet.com to start for other jobs. Anyone who is needing school contacts, send me a pm with your qualifications and district you would like to work in and I'll try to help. The site wont be ready for another month since my teaching hours went into overtime this month.

As for your info, do you have a cert., degree, experience, nationality, general age.... I have school info for business, japanese, chinese, and korean schools too. some backpacker schools that will take anyone and some for only highly qualified teachers.

If anyone has school contacts for the outlying districts like go vap and 12 or in the counties like cu chi, hoc mon, nha be.... I would like to add them to my site, i have 90 different school businesses already, but only a few on the outer rim
