QKT is no longer offered. I have friends who are just about to finish off doing the QKT course and they're the last group to do it. The course that was being offered (sign up date was 1st April) is not payed for by the school, costs 12000 and because of the education dept changes that are going to happen in June, it may not count anyway even if you did complete it. I work at Deborah and was offered the chance to do the course but decided not to do it as I'm only here on a working holiday visa until January.
Until the ed dept changes have happened, we wont know if the course is going to be worth doing. 12000 is a lot of money to gain qualifications only to find out that they're not recognised. |

What on earth are you talking about? Not offered where? Methinks you have been listening to the rumour factory. The course is offered at the following institution in many different modes and is due to be further expanded:

There are certainly changes ahead. The changes will make the qualification mandatory. |
