When you use your brastel card from your keitai, do you rack up charges on your mobile bill as well???

Hey canuck,

I use Skype as well, it's absolutely fantastic !!

As for Brastel, no you do not incur charges on your keitai...there's a toll-free number you can use to access the Brastel network !
