| Don't know if this is of interest to anyone. I am moving on to a new and hopefully better experience so thought I’d see if anyone is interested in taking over my flat. Here are the details: Grand Palisades Tai Po quiet environment, expats in the complex. 1300+ sq foot flat available mid July. 3rd floor 3 bed, 2 bath, lounge, dining, mod kit, maid's room, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, clubhouse with all the things you say you'll use but never do. A shuttle bus goes to KCR every 10 minutes costs $2. The landlady has been good and I pay HK$11000 a month.
