I am currently teaching in China and am thinking about going to Bankok this July to get a a certificate in business teaching? Are there many jobs available teaching business English in Thailand? Is anyone have a job doing this there? |

Yes, there are jobs available teaching business English, although initially it can be hard to walk into enough hours to make it doable financially. But if you have a bit of money behind you, you can often build up the hours over a period of time. Or you might even get lucky and land a full-time gig at a company (I know a few people that have managed this). The hourly rate is generally a fair bit better than school teaching, but like I said getting enough hours can be a bit of a problem. |
