I have only seen the hand gel at the pharmacy of Tokyo Medical and Surgical Clinic in Kamiyacho. It was very expensive. I think it was over 1000yen for a small bottle! I just stock up whenever I go abroad for a holiday.
fbusa is really expensive and you have to buy a large quantity in most cases.
