I was wondering if it's possible to find work in Western or Northern Europe starting in January rather than the summer or fall.
I also lack experience in teaching english in foreign countries but by the time I plan on applying I'll have completed a Master's degree in the humanities with two years + teaching in an American University. I also have an EU passport fluency in French and have studied German.
I'm wondering if this is a viable search or if I'm barking up the wrong tree and should consider something else for the spring
Thanks
Chris

Most schools hire in the fall, and probably the only chance you would have in the spring is if one of their teachers leaves in mid year or some other unusual circumstance.I would not count on it.If by "Northern Europe", you mean Scandinavia, I would forget about that one, even with an EU passport. Denmark,Sweden, and Norway basically do not need to hire foreign TESOL teachers. There is a high level of English ability in those countries and they have their own English teachers.
