				| Some of the now ailing larger chains do (or did). Sales practices and quality of education were questionable but at least contracts were all year round. |

				| No. My contract only covers the academic year, from October to the end of June. If I had wanted a summer job, I would have had to apply separately. At the school where I teach, very few people have year long, permanent contracts. |
