Is it easy to get vaccinated for japanese encephilitis when I arrive in Phuket?

also does anyone konw about rabies vacc/cost?

I don't know that you'd need either of those if you are living on Phuket - but you can always just check with a doc at Bangkok Phuket Hospital.
