In roppongi there's many club, I personally
like Rumba a small club with nice music, theres
a smorgasbord of club to select within a block.
get the roppongi guide with detailed color maps,if you're in Japan that is.

In Osaka, I haven't found too many yet. There is, of course Sam and Dave's Shinsaibashi. It's a mostly Japanese crowd with the occasional foreigner. The bartenders speak English though. Fridays are reggae and Saturdays are hip-hop. I think Sunday is hip-hop too. There are a lot of reggae or house/trance clubs here.
I'm going to check out some new club/bar or something this weekend that I heard about. I don't know the name though at this time. If it's any good, I'll pass along the info. |

In Nagoya it's nothing but Hip hop and Salsa clubs! There are so many Brasilians in Aichi/Gifu they must be starting to thing of semi autonomous rule. |

Sam & Daves in Umeda (Osaka) on Tuesday nights have salsa music/dancing.
From 7-9 they have salsa classes. From 9:00 onwards, they play salsa music for the rest of the night. There's a 1,000 yen cover charge though.
Adios~ |

I went to Salsa Sodada in Roppongi when I was in Tokyo. It was fun! |
