Well, not really. Still, I just learned that I've received a research grant, and hence will be in the Fukui area in November. While I will, of course, at some point have to do said research  , it would be great to meet some of you as well. Send me a pm if you can/will be around Fukui in mid- to late-November. |

| I won't be around Fukui, but if you can get your bum near Tokyo, I'd love to meet up with you. If you fly into Narita, I'm on the way. Perhaps I could even put you up for the night. |

Good deal. Let me see what I can do. Alternately, we could meet in Kyoto--which is about 2 hours from Fukui (and I believe 3 hours via shinkansen from Tokyo).
First and third rounds of beer are on me. |
