Good luck in finding a pooch,but Ulsan is in Korea,obviously.Did you post on that forum?You would probably have better luck getting a response over there.  |

It is true that some people eat dogs in South Korea. Usually only men and generally only for a specific purpose (ppl who have lived in SK will know to what I am referring). They do not eat purebred dogs, only mutts and I believe only a certain kind at that.
I did see a lot of dogs being mistreated in SK (and in Taiwan) and I had a hard time with that.
@Lee...Are you planning to stay in SK permanently? If not, what will you do with your pet when you leave? |

if i get a small dog iwould take it home wiht me..you can now carry them on certain airlines..the dogs i have seen in pet shops are tiny...they could fit into a back pack easily...i have a dog at home that my brother is caring for and i just miss the love and affection you get from a dog... |
