This poll should have one more option: 30-35 Euro. I hope one of the moderators can add this option.

There should be another option too, 35 plus. I freelance, that means I earn a huge range of different amounts.

A normal teaching 'hour' is 45 minutes here, 90 minutes being a normal class length. Here's what I get:

23/hr + 5 for travel (it's 10 minutes from my house)
25/hr, no travel (20 minutes from my house)
26/hr, 10 for travel (30 minutes from my house)
43/hr, no travel (25 minutes from my house)
45/hr, no travel (15 minutes from my house)

It all depends on whether I'm working directly for the company or for a language school. Those times are all accurate for me riding my bike. Before you get too excited, I work only 14 hours a week at the moment, so the good pay is balanced out by the scant number of jobs out there. I also live in a major western Germany city, with expensive rent and everything else associated with it.
