That is a good area, I agree. We had a postoffice, MRT, Breeze Center, 24 hour Watsons (or close to 24 hours), half a dozen 7-11s, main bus route, eye and dental clinics, as well as an attorney (good for getting documents certified), all within 5 minutes walk.
We've actually moved since then, but we're still in a good area (closer to 101).
