Hi,
I was planning to get to Cambodia within the next few weeks, looking for ESL work. But now I read somewhere that the school year there ends at the end of June.
Is that right?
If that is the case, is it worth getting to Cambodia in June?
To complete the picture, I have no experience in teaching English, no certificate, and an unrelated degree. Oh yes, and I'm not a native speaker, though my English is pretty good.
What are my chances?
Thanx,
Omer. |

Thanks,
The FAQs there are very helpful, and answered most of my questions.
However, I still didn't find any info about the school year, and the teaching opportunities between them.
Anyone? |

My advice based on knowing people (not teachers) resident in Cambodia is that there is always work. Just don't expect too much by the way of money. |
