I'm going to Hong Kong next week on my way to China where I'll be job hunting. I was in Hong Kong in 1996-1998 and there was quite a lot of film extra work around at the time. Does anybody know what the situation is like in regard to this sort of work now? I know the pay is crap and it certainly won't be enough to fund my trip but every extra bit of cash helps. I'm not looking for teaching work as I'm inexperienced and somewhat underqualified for Hong Kong it seems, the job market there sounds very competitive.
Anybody got a clue? Thanks.
I wanna be in the moooovvviiieeesss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

What is the situation with summer camps in HK ?
I have applied for a number of summer camps in the last month, without receiving a response.
Is it like Mainland China, where organisation and planning is left to the last minute.
Any advice will be appreciated. |
