| I'm thinking about taking the ECC YL extension to CELTA or Teaching Business English courses and would love to hear about anyone's personal experience with these courses. Would you recommend them? Thanks. |

I have done the YL extension. I did it because it was free through working for ECC. It was interesting and gave me lots of ideas. Unfortunately there was no time provided to write down these ideas and few hand-outs were given so I have forgotten a few things! I would advise you to do it if you are teaching children - especially if you are in a government school - because it will give you ideas for teaching with very few resources. One of the best things was that it got a lot of teachers in one place where we could all discuss and exchange ideas.
