Speaking of bodies...is it just me or does Duncan look a little more doughy than he used to?? Is he married? To me he is starting to look like a man getting a little older, putting on a little extra around the middle. You know, how guys look once theyve been married for a while. Hes not quite as quick... The finals are the first chance I have had to watch the Spurs this year and I noticed this...sorry for the un-manly observation. |

I'm not homophobic and if it comes up in a normal discussion I admit when I think a man is attractive. But for it to come up in a sports thread? I think so and so is the greatest... and hes cute too. That's pretty gay. I will say this... if I could come back in my next life with another man's body, I would definitely consider his near the top of the list... with LBJ a close second. |
Lol...I think you misinterpreted my hyperexaggerted admiration for the man as something a bit more. If I did actually say he was "cute," I could understand, but I was just bull$hitting when I was making the point that he's an incredible player, and just a P I M P in general. As sneilz so eloquently described earlier, Ray Ray has made many an appearance on cribs and hasn't been shy in exhibiting his baller status. I think I've said enough about the man...my whole point is, the Ravens are LEGIT! |

Johnny, interesting that you think hes cute. Ive never thought this of any NFL players as they are so freakishly swollen they seem another species...Johnny, perhaps you just like him for his minkz?? Man, I cant believe no one else thinks that quote was funny, it was awesome.
and checking back on the wimbledon for you...I havent been looking for it but just walking down the street yesterday I did see it on in a few places. I think you will have good luck if you are trying to find a place to watch the matches in the next weeks, as long as there isnt a big football match on. |

Duncan is lucky.
not just for winning an MVP without really playing well...
but lucky because if the Spurs lost he was the goat ready to be served up. Ginobli is awesome... fearless and smart, even if his game is about as ugly as his freakish mug. He gets the job done, and he's a winner. Same goes for Parker. Why is it that all the international players play with so much heart?
Basketball season is over... oh well, time to put my TV back in storage (with muh minks) |

why do I get the feeling that Jonny the man is actually Jonny the woman?
And is your avatar of that anorexic tennis player revenge for my avatar of two chicks making out? |

The tennis player in my avatar is the Spaniard Juan Carlos Ferrero. He's a phenomenal player who won the French Open in 2003. He's slender, but definitely not anorexic. I personally think he's smoking hot ...
I chose my avatar because it symbolizes three of my favorite things: tennis, Spanish, & cute guys. (Also, if you can make out what's written behind him, you'll see Australia & Garnier. I love Aussies & I always use Garnier shampoo ... but that didn't have anything to do with why I chose this picture.)
I like your avatar with the girls kissing. It's hot.
P.S. Ray Lewis has a handsome face, but yes, his body is gross because it's way too muscular. There are definitely many other guys in the NFL that are hotter, but RL is still good-looking, too. |

Nice one! Ive gotta give a hand when someone is on a roll. And yet, is Tom really gay?? I mean, there was the whole top gun movie and he did break up with Penelope Cruz, but...This ambiguity is the genius of the above quote for me.
ElNota, for the longest time, I was imagining that you were one of the girls in the avatar. Imagine my disappointment.
I dont have a TV but I wont be checking ESPN.com anymore unless it is to see how awesome the US mens futbol team is doing, ehhh....
It didnt seem right to give Duncan that award. I mean, yeah, he stepped up, but so did Ginobili. And he couldnt have won without some major help from Big Shot and Ginobili. He makes his team better and is the best player, but to give an individual award to him is ironic. In a way, his greatness is that he makes his teamates better, not that he dominates. (Although he has been known to do that to). |

I hope that Tom Cruise isn't gay ... because he's nuts. I don't want that wacko associated with me. LOL
There have always been and will always be rumors that Tom's gay. I think it's just something that will be insinuated about any famous man that doesn't conform 100% to the masculine ideal. Certain famous men like Michael Jordon & Mel Gibson will never deal with gay rumors because they seem to embody the masculine ideal. Pretty boys like Orlando Bloom & Leonardo DiCaprio will always cause people to whisper: "I heard they might be gay."
I personally don't think Tom is gay. If he were, I certainly wouldn't want him. He gives me the creeps.
I too thought that ElNota was one of the girls in the avatar. I was confused as to why a lesbian would respond in that way. |

I agree with that to a certain extent. I don't think Tom is gay. Crazy? Perhaps. I've heard he's nuts about that L. Ron Hubbard pseudo religious pyramid scheme.

Be still my beating heart! That was either a very nice compliment or a subtle knock on my present avatar... I'll choose the former, cause it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I agree... no one deserved it more than he did, yet I expected more from him this year, so... somehow it doesn't sit well. Nevertheless he has done a lot for the city of San Antonio and continues to make them a perpetual contender. Ginobli definitely deserved some recognition, but I think he got it. He's a champion now. Even if he never did anything again in his career he will be remembered for what he did this season. It's like... would you even remember Derek Fischer if not for the three rings he wears? Or Rick Fox? or Kurt Rambis? That being said, he's got a lot of good years ahead of him, and I expect him to make the all star team a few more times before his days are up. |

He's completely gung-ho about scientology. He sets up booths on all his movie sets that promote the religion and tries to convert people. He talks about it in every interview. He was on Oprah the other day laughing crazily and jumping up and down on her couch because he's "so in love" with Katie Holmes. It was truly crazy. |

LOL, so in love cos she's one of those strange virgin type girls and so he doesn't have to have sex with her until the wedding night...she could be in for a shock after waiting so long...and sadly he seems to have ensnared her into this mad scientology shi te as well. |
