hey all i was thinking about flyin out to europe for the world cup. went last time in korea and had the best time of my life, even tho i didn't have a ticket. i have a couple questions to ask, being that i finally made up my mind yesterday:

1) possibility of acquiring tickets for cheap? i will NOT spend hundreds of dollars to sit in a nosebleed section. which is entirely likely. but having a ticket isn't my biggest concern anyways.

2) cheapest way from SF in the States to Europe? better to fly to NYC, then england, and get a railpass? railpasses seem pricey. any sort of discounted cheap sites to pick those up? any advice on discount airlines to europe?

3) will be backpacking and hosteling it most likely. every1 tells me lonely planet guidebook is the way to go. anyone have anything else to add or argue against it?

4) how much approx. will be needed? am prepared to budget travel backpacker style, but would like to party in the clubs every now and then.

5) i want to do a TEFL program in a relatively inexpensive country. prague or poland seems to be the best guess. plz advise.

sorry for all the questions. i'm really completely clueless about this. thanks in advance tho. cheers!
